Kung fu trainings by Vladimir Nguyen include practice on all distances – large (kicks and weapons), middle (boxing, trapping), close (knees and elbows) and ground (grappling). This is one of the way to prepare your body and spirit for the challenges which we facein our life every day.The trainings are suitable for both men and women, also for beginners and advanced too.

In them are included the ideas of Bruce Lee about Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Kali and other martial arts, related to my experience till now.

Some advantages of training Jeet Kune Do and Filipino Kali

Kung fu is not only good for being relax. It also teaches us:

To be adaptive and flexible – like water: One of the most important principles in Jeet Kune Do is to be adaptive in the same way as the water do. When you put a water into a cup it becomes the cup. If you never prepared and trained yourself how to defend against punches and kicks, knees or elbows or defend in ground-fighting the chance to a have a good reaction in real situation is very low. That’s why on every training we work on that how to defend against attacks from different ranges and angles..

My way in martial arts

I started to practice martial arts in 1999. I have trained Shotokan Karate, Kick-boxing and Taekwondo. Since 2005 I started to train FIlipino Kali and Jeet Kune Do by the guidance of instructor Bojidar Stanchev. I started to teach people in 2011. I and my students participate actively in seminars with masters like grandmaster Richard Bustillo (Personal student of Bruce Lee), Nino Bernardo (master from the linage of Ip Man), grandmaster Lubomir Yordanov (founder of Jeet Kune Do in Bulgaria).
